Dingwall Ford Dryden is looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service while helping our service department run smoothly and efficiently.

Position Overview:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. You’ll be responsible for guiding them through the service process, communicating with the service technicians, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Core Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Prepare and provide accurate estimates and timelines for service work.
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service and notify them of any delays or issues.
Create and maintain service orders, ensuring that all customer and vehicle information is accurate and up to date.
Ensure that all paperwork, including invoices and payments, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Customer service-oriented with a focus on building relationships and delivering satisfaction.
Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
